Customer Service Course – 16 September – Ty’r Groes Community Hub

    Looking to improve your customer service skills and take the next step towards work?

    Join our role play sessions on essential employment skills!

    These courses will help you:

    • Build communication and interpersonal skills
    • Develop confidence and professionalism
    • Learn to work independently and in a team
    • Gain First Aid awareness – covering minor injuries, DRABCD, defibrillator use, and bleeding/shock management. Take home a First Aid kit on completion of the course

    From September 16th every Wednesday for 6 weeks

    10am to 1pm
