Are you looking for a job and need help using the internet or setting up an email account?

Do you need help to get online to claim Universal Credit?

The Into Work team provides free informal drop-in sessions at locations across Cardiff for residents looking for work or to upskill in their current jobs.

Advisors and mentors specialise in helping individuals with their specific needs and can help you find the career you want.

A range of free training is available from a number of locations. Funding is also available for specialised training helping you to improve your skills and give you the best opportunity to look for work.
